Version 1 Jam installed in December 2012.. It allowed only 50 members, then after 10 days I bought a license key under promotion offer of USD 125. They send me the key with domain as (Domain.com) instead of my domain . com and the key has not worked till today. I tried all permutations and combinations but nothing with zero support from them. I gave away with it.

Then I thought of reviving it in 2015 thinking things must have changed in 3 years. I requested them for a valid license key and they told me to pay 50$ for updated license ley for new version 3 which I did. After purchasing I was told that for Forced Matrix (which was pre built in version 1) I have to pay extra to get that second license key.

Also the new version 3 is useless as it defeats the purpose of accepting registration from paid members only. My website is held up and I don't know what to do. Only reply from them is whenever they reply.. We will do it for you for additional fees. I am really tired and frustrated

In summary, I would not recommend JROX Affiliate Manager (JAM) to a friend.

No answer at the jrox forum. I submitted a ticket 2 months ago.

The support is very bad here. I see negative reviews at other forums about jrox support.

But it does not show the commission, only the clicks.

I'm using prestashop 1.5

DO NOT BUY this software.

Even submitting a required support ticket no support responses happen. I simply contact form request after 1 week got no response. Appears company is no longer in viable. The facebook and twitter updates stopped in 2013
