I've been in the space for almost 7 years and I've used both Cake & Hitpath. Both have their advantages however Hitpath's customer service definitely trumps Cakes. The chat plugin is a huge bonus, as where Cake's ticketing system and consequent call back is a little annoying. They are both competitive in price, however it seems that Hitpath was able to go above and beyond to ensure the business.
In summary, I would recommend HitPath to a friend.
